At Plantify Garden, we want you to love your greenery. If your plants or garden accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring live plants are secured and moisture-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
